Pre Orders

If you purchased a 'Pre-Order' item, Pre-Order means the item is currently not in stock, so it will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse. If you order a "Pre Order" item and don't acknowledge this in the description/title, NO refunds will be given in this instance.
If you pay extra for Express shipping on a Pre Order item, your item will be sent via Express, once we are back in stock.

Warranty and Returns

Here at Boose we are confident in our product and its ability to perform as advertised. For this reason we have a 30 day refund or replacement policy. If your Boose arrives damaged, breaks or doesn't satisfy your expectations contact us at customerservice@booseblend.com and we will organise full refund or replacement.

Broken or faulty product must be returned to our returns address before a refund or replacement can be issued.
