- 10g Protein powder
- 70g Egg whites
- 60ml Water
- 2g Baking powder
- 85g Yoghurt
- 50g Frozen blackberries
- 15g Sugar free syrup
- Blend the oats and baking powder together until fine
- Add your wet ingredients and blend.
- Cook your batter to your liking
- Top with berries, yoghurt and syrup
