- 1/2 frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- Blend spinach leaves with a little water (just enough!) until you've got a smooth green liquid.
- Add almond milk and 1/2 cup of frozen ingredients at a time (I chopped mine up into smaller pieces)
