Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 fresh fig, skin removed
  • 1 medjool date, diced
  • 1/2 frozen banana slices
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice!)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • A pinch of sea salt
Method
  • Blend almond milk with frozen banana until smooth
